Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Service Description

DraxonMails provides temporary disposable email inboxes and private subscriber email domain access. Public inboxes are accessible to anyone and are not private by default. Subscriber plans provide a dedicated unlisted domain for personal or business use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DraxonMails for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or spam
  • Illegal activity of any kind
  • Abuse of third-party services or platforms
  • Automated abuse of the public API beyond the rate limits
  • Storing sensitive personal data in public unprotected inboxes

3. Public Inboxes

Public temp inboxes are not private. Any unclaimed inbox can be read by anyone who knows the address. Emails stored in public inboxes expire and are deleted automatically. Do not use public inboxes for sensitive or confidential communications.

Claimed inboxes are password-protected on your device. DraxonMails does not store your claim password.

4. Subscriber Plans

Subscriber plans are billed monthly via third-party payment processors (NowPayments). Your private domain and all aliases remain active while the plan is paid. Failure to renew will result in aliases becoming inactive. Data may be deleted after the grace period as defined in your plan details.

No refunds are offered for partial months or if you choose to stop using the service.

5. API Access

The public API is rate-limited. High-volume requests require API key bypass credits purchased via your account. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse, regardless of credit balance.

6. Service Availability

DraxonMails is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. Subscriber plan fees are non-refundable if service is discontinued beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

DraxonMails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced via the service announcement system.
